Living Will
A living will is often referred to as a health care directive. This is a legal document that expresses how one would like their medical care dealt with in the unfortunate circumstance that they are unable to make those decisions. This becomes especially useful when one in their older age is unable to properly express what they want in their medical help.
Like other states there are different rules and regulations on how a living will needs to be created and carried out. This document can also take place once initially signed or when it is deemed that someone is unable to make decisions regarding their care in sound mind.
Living wills are terminated upon death, however some living wells allow a representative to make a decision regarding organ donations.
